How to challenge the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

If you disagree with the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) write to WPPP within 14 days of the date of issue of the PCN giving your reasons or explanation why you feel that the PCN should be cancelled.

Within your challenge letter please ensure that you supply the relevant ten character Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number (e.g. DE51235123 or GW51235123 or YM51235123 or WX51235123) and your name and address so that we may reply to you." Challenges must be made in writing but can be submitted in the following ways:

• Letter (send to WPPP, PO Box 273, Rhyl LL18 9EJ)
• Fax (send to 01745 839246)
• Electronic Mail (send to pcn-query@wppp.org.uk)
